I ordered this mug as a birthday gift for my husband. It is gorgeous in person, arrived on time and was packaged well. The seller is always so friendly and charming. Very easy to work with. My dog loves this bowl!! It came exactly as described and the picture doesn’t do it justice, right down to the paw print in the bottom of the bowl. To say the bowl came packaged well would be an understatement. The inside box contained the bowl wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded by air pillows. It was then placed in a bigger box surrounded by more air pillows. Honestly, you could have played soccer with the box and the bowl would have survived without a scratch. I would definitely buy from this shop again. 🥰
