We will replace your item at no cost to you. Please send us photos of the damaged item, as this helps us work with the shipping carrier to prevent future damages.

If the error is our mistake, we will fix your design and send a new art print at no cost to you. If you accidentally provided incorrect design information, we can recreate your design and send a new art print at a discounted rate to you.

We accept address changes within 1 business day of purchase if no proof is requested, or up to when you approve the design for printing (if you requested a proof). Address change requests outside of these times will be handled as best we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address and will not be liable for replacement or refund of this order.

***Please note that we manually update addresses through a separate shipping site and your updated addresses will not be automatically updated through Etsy. If the original address appear on the Etsy shipping receipt it does not mean the address was not updated.

If this is our mistake, we will reship your order if it is returned to us or make and ship a new item to you at no cost. If this is your mistake, we can reship the item to you for the cost of shipping or we can remake and ship a new design to you at a reduced rate to cover materials and shipping.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time following our expected delivery date for your order, we will consider the order lost and replace it at no cost to you. If your item's tracking information says “delivered,” and you did not receive the package, please wait 2-3 business days as sometimes orders show up after they are considered “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you do not ultimately receive your package labeled “delivered,” please let us know and we will replace it for you.
