Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through my Etsy shop SoulscapeAI. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these T&Cs.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

All offers in my Etsy shop are non-binding. By clicking the "Buy" button, the buyer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when I accept the offer by sending an order confirmation via email.

Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT according to the regulations for intra-community shipping within the EU.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered by Etsy, such as credit card, PayPal, or Etsy gift cards.

Delivery

Delivery is made through my Print-on-Demand Partner. Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, and the delivery time is typically 6-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination and will be shown to the buyer before completing the order.

Delivery within the EU and Tax Regulations

VAT is collected and remitted for all orders within the EU in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Protection Directive, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Important: This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom products).

However, if the product is defective, the buyer is encouraged to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product so that we can find a solution.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, the buyer is asked to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In such cases, we will remedy the defect by repairing the product or providing a replacement.

Liability

Liability for damages resulting from the use of the products is limited to the legally permissible extent. We are not liable for damages caused by improper use or care of the products.

Data Protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will only be used to process the order and communicate regarding the purchase.

We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be announced in the shop in a timely manner and will take effect upon publication.


Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without providing any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products that are tailored to your specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom designs, engraved items, or products with a specific name, image, or text).

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us via email at soulscapeai@gmail.com or contact us via Etsy.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full purchase price, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods If applicable, you are required to return the goods at your own cost within 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation. The goods must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
