Shipper
Packing products with love and attention not only protects them from factors related to transportation, but also adds a good-looking covering to them. It is important for me to do everything to hand over a package to a postal service swiftly.

My role is to make sure that anyone who requires a qualitative, custom-made tool is able to find it with SozDat by using Etsy search and social media. Connecting people with the exact products means specifying features of each tool without hoarding.

Capturing imprints and custom tools on different materials is my passion. Taking photos and recording videos require consideration of peculiarities of a particular material and setting. It's wonderful to test new photographic approaches with SozDat!

How do I contact SozDat shop and submit a design file?
You can always send us your design, draft or description of your idea via Etsy messages to check if your concept can be adapted for a custom tool.
To access Etsy messages, you can use the "CONTACT" icon on the top of this page or the "MESSAGE" icon on the bottom of any item's description.
Finally, you can get help with a particular order via the "purchases page" of your account.
An image can be attached to your message using the "upload image" icon once you start a conversation.
You can ask for additional options for the submission of your file if Etsy doesn't allow it through.
The following Etsy article can provide you with an additional step-by-step guide:

What if I don't have a design file?
No worries, you can always send us your design, draft, a photo of a drawing, or describe your idea via the Etsy messages to check if your concept can be adapted for a custom tool.
We might be able to compose a design solution based on your description.
Don't forget to mention a type of TOOL that you need, a type of your MATERIAL to be stamped, and a preferred SIZE of an imprint.
What kind of design file is required? (Part 1)
If you want to make sure that your stamp can be produced with a 100% precision according to your design file, you must compose it following the requirements.
A raster or a vector image can be provided.
The raster image must be two-colored (BLACK and WHITE) WITHOUT any shades of gray.
Transparent background is NOT supported by Etsy and is NOT recommended.
Your image must be a HIGH resolution one, especially with detailed designs for big tools.
At least a 1400 x 1400 pixels resolution is recommended in this case.
If your file is a low-resolution one, using a simple online converter to increase it will NOT help.
Such raster formats as JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files with raster images are being easily processed by Etsy.
(See next FAQ)
What kind of design file is required? (Part 2)
(Part 2)
Do not scale RASTER images down to the size of the stamp's working surface.
If you are submitting a vector image, keep it as a single-colored, united object without a stroke, and with no crossing of lines.
A PDF file that includes a vector graphic can be sent via the Etsy messages.
No matter what type of file or graphic you provide, MOST importantly, check if the elements of your file are WIDE enough to secure a visible and safe imprint. Each product has its own requirements, which you can find on the listing's page.
If your file doesn't meet the requirements, you will receive an adapted version of the design to see if it works for your goals. Such options as simplification or upgrading a size are almost always available.
Do I have to mirror the image or reverse it?
No, you DO NOT have to mirror or reverse your design file.
A design file you submit represents an IMPRINT. It shows how it looks on your material, and NOT on a stamp.
With most of the products, BLACK areas of the design represent the imprint on your material. You can check it in a description of a particular listing or double-check it in a message.
Can I update my shipping address?
If you need your address to be updated, please submit a request for a change.
In order to do so:
1) Go to your purchases;
2) Click on "Help with order"
3) Choose the option "I need to change or update my order", then "I need to update my shipping address"
The following Etsy article can provide you with an additional step-by-step guide:
https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402660818583-How-to-Get-Help-with-An-Order
Keep in mind that such a request can be submitted BEFORE production of your item(s) begins.
We can not guarantee the update if you request it too late (on the last stage of production), when your item is being packed and shipped.
Please make sure that your shipping information is correct at check-out.
Return:
The EU Omnibus Directive regulation (14-day returns and exchanges policy) excludes made-to-order and customized items. Only non-customized items are eligible for return.
