What is a keepsake base?

The keepsake base is for use after it is used in the cake. You can break off the stake, and then set it on the base so that you can place it on a table or shelf.

How do I get my name/age on my piece?

For the name/age you would put it in the notes to seller, or send us a convo after you order.

What is the size of the cake topper?

The cake topper width depends on the height. See below. This size does not include the stake height.

Approximate Sizes:
4" tall by 4" wide
5" tall by 5" wide
6" tall by 6" wide
7" tall by 6.75" wide
8" tall by 7.5" wide

Process Time

Our orders ship out in 1 - 3 business days. We ship from Tennessee.

We ship our orders out first class mail, which usually 2 - 5 business days for delivery. However, you can pay $2.00 extra for priority mail, which is usually 2 - 3 business days, but it is not guaranteed. This option will be available when you add an item to your cart. You can upgrade from standard shipping to priority.

If you need 2nd day or overnight prices please send us a convo with your address.

I want to order this, how do I get my name on it?

If you just want the name/age changed we can do that. If you would like to order you can do so at the same link (no customer request is needed). Choose your color and size, then add to cart. Then you can go to your cart and check out. Just put a note with what you would like it to say.

Can I have my wood piece painted.

We do not paint these pieces at this time. This is unfinished raw wood. It will be sanded and ready to paint if you would like. We would suggest using a primer before painting it.

What happened if my piece arrived broke?

Please send us a convo to let us know, also include a picture in the convo. We try hard to package these where they will not get broke, however we have no control over the shipping carrier.
