Frequently asked questions

I need something by this Friday. Is that possible?

All of my products are made to order. When you place an order I send my design file to one of my printing partners though their website and they print, and sometimes sew, the product. This custom printing and/or sewing process takes time especially in high demand seasons or for in demand products. Although we work together to get your product to you as fast as possible, it is not possible to get it printed and shipped and in your hands within a week. Please contact me prior to ordering if you are unsure if you will receive it by the time you need it.

I ordered and now I want to cancel the order. Can I do that?

When you order from me on Etsy I get charged a fee for that sale that is not refunded if you cancel. Because of that I appreciate that you do not order and then cancel. I cannot accept cancellations for any order that I has already begun the printing process. I might be able to cancel an order if it has not went to production yet, however, I cannot guarantee I would be able to cancel.

How do I know if the product will fit me or my gift recipient?

All of my listings have size charts when applicable. Please refer to the size charts before ordering. Due to the fact all of my products are made to order, I cannot refund or exchange a product due to it not fitting correctly unless you receive a wrong size product than what you ordered. Please be sure to read all of the description and refer to the size chart prior to ordering.

Do you offer personalization?

I do offer personalization but some listings cannot be customized because they are sent to my printing partner through an app as soon as you place an order. I can add photos, names, and even do custom designs. If the product you are purchasing does not have an option to personalize it, and you wish to have it personalized, just contact me prior to placing your order and I can make you a custom listings to order from. I do not charge additional for simple personalization requests. If you are requesting a more complex customization I may need to charge a design free. In this case, please discuss the project and cost with me prior to purchase.

Are your shipping timelines guarateed?

I cannot guarantee any actual shipping timelines due to the unpredictable nature of the world right now. Here are a short list of some of the issues my printing partners may be facing. 1. Shipping delays: All shipping carriers are reporting possible delays due to the holidays and changes in restrictions and lockdowns in various parts of the world occurring on a daily basis. 2. Extended production times. My printing partners may be experiencing increased orders due to the holidays in addition to staffing shortages, workplace restrictions, and/or increases in sick days. 3. Lockdowns. Many countries have imposed lockdowns, which will yield international package delivery delays.

I received a tracking number but it says "Label Created" or something similar. What does this mean?

Sometimes carriers do not scan all shipments during the initial pickup and instead the first scan happens after the package arrives at distribution centers. This can sometimes be several days after the package is already en route. In addition, they might not scan the package as often as they normally would. This helps the shipping carriers speed up deliveries. Please do not be alarmed if it takes a few days for your tracking to go from "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created" to actually tracking your delivery. This is especially important to remember during the holidays when carriers are trying to find ways to get packages delivered to you as fast as they can.
