What is your quality guarantee?
We offer a 48 hour guarantee on the health of your plants after delivery. Shipping live plants can be tricky and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you think there is an issue with your plant on arrival, send a couple of pictures and we'll get back to you with diagnosis and options for replacement, full refund, or partial refund depending on the issue.
May plant was Dead on Arrival (DOA), what happened?
While not normal, this does happen from time to time. Typically, you can simply send us a picture of the plant on arrival and will send a new one, or issue a full refund.
The one case NOT covered by our quality guarantee will be during winter/cold seasons when frost or cold weather is present. We offer heat packs to ensure plants arrive safely but if a customer chooses to take on the risk of frost there is little we can do on our end to ensure safe arrival.
** We ALWAYS recommend heat packs for cold climates for EVERY plant.
How long will it take for my plants to arrive?
Our processing time at the nursery is typically 2-3 business days. However, once we ship we no longer have control over the when it will arrive. Normally, travel times are around 3-5 business days though.
** Due to COVID, USPS has given estimated delays of 1-30 days.

While this doesn't happen often we like to make it clear what is covered for you.

Severe Damage (numerous broken leaves)
