5 out of 5 starsOutstanding customer service! I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address for a gift and didn't realize it until well after the expected delivery date. When I contacted the shop owner, he immediately looked into it, tried to track down the original package, and when he realized it would take too long to reroute it, he sent a replacement to the correct address at no extra charge. That level of kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction is incredibly rare. I'm so grateful for his help, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop again. Highly recommend!
