After ETSY processes your payment, all the print files would be delivered electronically. You would receive an email with a link to download these files.
You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews.

HOW DO I PRINT THE FILES?
A couple of ways in which you can print the files:
1) Print on your home printer
2) Email or bring the files to your favorite local print store such as Staples, Target, Costco, Office Depot, FedEx Kinkos, Walgreens
3) Upload and print online at Shutterfly.com, Snapfish.com, MPix.com, WHCC.com, Prodpi.com
WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER TO PRINT?
Heavy, matte photo paper works great for all of our prints. Glossy Paper or Card stock Paper is also a great option for colored artwork.
Most printing services have these type of papers available. Make sure you ask them and they will be able to help you.
