・I ship your order by registered airmail with tracking & insurance. Registered airmail takes 2-4 weeks. But it all depends on the import customs at the destination. During the holiday season, it probably takes longer time. If you prefer Express Mail Service, please let me know.
・If it takes too long and you get worried, please let me know. I will submit the official inquiry to Japan Post so that they contact your postal service.
・ I can ship to Germany now. I have license for package law.
・I cannot ship to some European countries due to their package law.

Do I have tracking & insurance?
Yes. It comes with tracking & insurance.
If the package is damaged and items are broken during the transportation, please make sure to send me photos of the damaged package & items "immediately" after you receive the package. Without the proof, I cannot apply for insurance.
If you do not receive your package, please send me convo. I can submit the inquiry to the shipping company. But please understand that such investigation process takes long time. I recommend you to check with your local post for the faster investigation.
Can you mark as a gift or write the lower value on the customs forms?
No, it is illegal.
Do you do gift wrapping?
I do not really offer gift wrapping. But I always make the inside of all packages a little cute to make my customers happy when they open the package. But it is not gift wrapping.
But if it is for birthday or Christmas gift, I may be able to put the relevant tape or sticker (if available) for your package upon request.
If you want to enclose the short message, I can write it down in the cute memo paper. But I cannot enclose the long letter inside of the package.
Please make sure to understand "marking as a gift" does not mean gift wrapping. It means "No Invoice" in the package. I usually attach the invoice to the package for customs clearance purpost. But I do not put the invoice in the package.

Why do you not ship to my country?
As to EU counties like France, Spain, Poland and Slovakia, etc, I just cannot ship due to the package law at the destination. License fee is rather expensive.
I can ship to Germany. I have a license for German package law.
