Payments must be received within 3 days of placing order.
Non-payment and non-contact after 3 days will be considered a cancelled order.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
You need to cover the costs of banking operations, if necessary.

The selected item will be sent immediately (not more than 3 next business days) after receive your payment. Shipment by Polish Post (means: it can take up 7-14 days to reach you, please be patient).
All purchases are shipped via registered mail (means: You may be required to sign at delivery).
If your item becomes lost in transit, there is a waiting period of 14 days from postal date, before your item is officially declared lost and a refund or replacement can be issued.

Please note delivery time for international orders is not guaranteed with all mail services. Though most orders arrives in estimated time frame, it may also depend on

I, Alina Tyro-Niezgoda as owner of Tender Decmber Etsy shop, am collecting personal data.
