I got a completely different design and they misspelled my name on the monogram

I received a totally different order and not what was purchased. Bait and switch. Order at your own risk.

Ordered and received a completely different cup. If the item was sold out, should have emailed me to communicate that and offered something different or a refund. Instead got a cup that was very different and the personalization was also completely incorrect. Not even close. I received a refund but disappointed.

I ordered the Barbie x cup pictured above and the seller didn’t have the cup. Instead of refunding the order when they realized that they did not have what I ordered, they picked a random, different cup and engraved it. I told them that I didn’t want it a different cup and to refund the order. No response for two days. Etsy had to get involved to issue my refund after 3-4 messages to this seller.

This is a scam u will not receive a Barbie stanley DO NOT BUY!!!! I received a Purple cup with stars 😡😡😡
