Welcome to The Angels Nook! I opened my online needlework store back in 2004 offering cross stitch and needlepoint kits at first. Over the years I have expanded the products I offer to include kits, charts, patterns, rubber stamps, scrapbooking and other craft supplies. I provide top-notch high quality items along with great customer support - a combination that can’t be beat!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for returns. You will then be issued a return #. Merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition. Refunds will be issued (less shipping charges) upon inspection of returned merchandise. Opened and/or unsealed merchandise does not qualify for a refund. I want my customers to be happy so please contact me if there is a problem.

** No returns on charts, patterns, sale items or special orders so please choose carefully **

If I sent the wrong merchandise then of course I will exchange it at my expense. In order to do this, all wrong merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Again, please contact me for a return #.

Returns without a return # issued or prior arrangements made will not be accepted.
Payment
I accept Paypal and all major credit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card...just opt for "guest checkout" or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" when you get to PayPal.

NYS residents add 8.38% sales tax
Shipping
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing with the exception of weekends and holidays (unless otherwise indicated).

Information provided when you order will only be used to process your order from TheAngelsNook.

Personal information, including name, address, email, and other details of your order will not be shared with any third party, and only retained for the purposes of maintaining the shop owner's tax and accounting records, for a period not to exceed seven years.
