Shipping
The Jewel Unit ships all over the world.
All payments must be cleared before any item is sent.
Shipping is done within 24-48 hours after the Paypal confirmation of payment. For made to order items, approximately **2-3 weeks** are needed to fabricate them. If you purchase two or more items, 3-4 days are needed more. You will be notified, when your item goes on post.
I ship to your Etsy address, unless otherwise requested. Please double-check that your Etsy address is correct. If another address is proffered, please inform me.
All my items are shipped by registered first priority mail*, a safe way to arrive to your destination. You will receive an Etsy convo with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. You can "track and trace" your order, anytime you like. Shipping service http://www.elta.gr/en-us/personal.aspx
Faster courier service available upon request with the extra cost covered by the customer.
Shipments to EU countries takes 7-15 days and for the overseas orders (USA, Canada, Australia,etc) 10-25 working days to receive. Sometimes however, international packages can take much longer to arrive than expected. This delay is caused by how quickly customs within both countries handles the package.
Shipping from Patras, Greece. Any customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, etc. charged by your government are not included in the selling price nor the shipping cost in my shop. Please be aware of any extra costs your country may charge you for importing pieces from Greece.

Gift box:
All my jewels will be sent to you in a complimentary gift box.
Let me know if it is a gift for someone so I could provide for a note with your personal message included in the package.
Maintaining your jewellery:
Silver and brass will naturally and beautifully tarnish with time. Storing your jewellery in an air-tight zip-lock bag is a very effective way of delaying this - if you'd like to maintain a tarnish-free look. If brass tarnishes over time, you can rub it gently with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm soap water and a few lemon drops.
Silverplating and goldplating will fade out through the course of time and they will need to be electroplated again. This is expected to happen and is not a defect. It is strongly advised to store your electroplated jewellery at the boxes that you have received them, so that scratches on the surface are avoided.
Rings:
The ring will be adapted to your own size: as every country has a different unit of measurement, the easiest way for me to adjust your ring is to be told the Circumference of your finger, or the inner diameter of a perfectly fitting ring of yours (in mm or inches) in the "note-to-seller" on checkout.
