I only did 4 stars for shipping because the tracking number system was a little odd but it shipped somewhat decently and the customer service was excellent. He responded almost instantaneously every time. The fastest I’ve ever experienced on Etsy. I’d definitely recommend if you want a beautiful wood/resin phone case.
