I have no problem waiting a long time for good art, and I could have been an ideal customer for this shop, but I cannot tolerate inaccurate information, erratic messages, or being ignored. The artist, Sarah, has a clear notice about waiting weeks for items, but I have been waiting months. She set dates for expected shipments, but when those dates passed, I was the one who had to reach out for an update. She said she mailed one of my packages, but when I asked her for tracking information or proof of shipping since Etsy’s information on that had not changed, she did not respond. A month passed and the package did not arrive. She refunded my second order without my asking for that, and when I asked for clarification on it she did not respond.

1 out of 5 starsYears ago, I had to go through my own difficult process of learning to navigate both the heart, passion, vocation side of being a teacher as well as the policies, contracts, finances, and communication aspects. I hope Sarah can find her way without hurting too many other people or burning herself out. My advice to future customers: proceed with caution.

1 out of 5 starsI am a teacher, and my students and I often talk about “The What” and “The How” with their projects. “The What” is the goal they want to accomplish with all its details, and “The How” is all the logistics to get it done. This shop’s “What” looked so beautiful, many treasures made with great care … but this shop’s “How” is abysmal. Unfortunately, here we find another artist without the business knowledge to support their craft. The artist told me she "never meant to disrespect anyone,” but she needs to understand that when you offer a refund, you are not able to return the time, energy, emotions, and mental load carried by a dysfunctional order.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this mystery box for my fiancee in September as an anniversary gift. My fiancee never received it and it's been 4 months. They said they were okay waiting for it but it's been far too long. I understand that the shop is taking a break however 12 weeks is far too long of a wait.
