Unfortunately one pearl arrived already defective. The saleswoman finally sent it to me again. Without comment, without an apology or a kind word. It's a shame, unfortunately I won't be shopping here anymore. I also had to discuss it. After 3 weeks, all the beads "light beads" that I had on earrings also have dents... they are so sensitive that I don't know what they are supposed to be used for.
