It gives the ability to be personal with cards, rather than generic. I would happily buy from this shop again! I am very happy with this order and I fully reccomend this shop. Shipping
All orders will be dispatched after their processing time. All orders are sent 'Royal Mail second class' / 'International Tracked & Signed' as standard, and you have the option to upgrade your postage at the checkout.
Please note, within the UK, second class is approximately 3-5 working days, first class is approximately 1-2 working days.
These shipping times are on top of the processing times.
If you need an order urgently, please do let me know and i'd be happy to advise the best thing to do :)
If you have not selected a tracked service, unfortunately, I cannot track your item.
I do of course obtain proof of postage for all of my post, and can claim back refunds from Royal Mail for broken / incompletely / lost mail. I will do this for you so that you do not have to deal with Royal Mail. Once RM has refunded me, I would be happy to refund or replace your order. This can take up to 21 working days after a complaint has been filed.
For incomplete mail, please do get in contact and send me a photograph and I can take this up with Royal Mail directly.
For lost mail, again please do get in contact and I'd be happy to help with any inquiries. Please note, cases with Royal Mail will not be considered until any post has not arrived or had an attempted delivery until 10 working days after dispatch. Working Days are Monday-Friday, not including day of dispatch, or any UK Bank Holidays.
During busy times, this may be extended.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes on their shipped items.
For returns, buyers are also responsible for any return postage costs back to me. Please obtain proof of postage and/or tracking, as I cannot refund you until I have the products back at my studio.
If you are returning, please clearly mark 'RETURN' on the package - this will ensure no further customs are to be paid if shipping from overseas.

Wholesale availability
We do sell Wholesale! If you are a retailer physical or online, wishing to purchase my items wholesale, please contact hello@louiserichardsondesign.co.uk and I can send you a physical buyers pack with a fancy catalogue, free samples, and price list.

Custom and personalised orders
I take pride in the fact that my Greeting Cards and professionally printed at a reputable printing house in the UK. This ensures that my cards are top quality, and not home-printed, like many other card brands on Etsy.
Due to the nature of the printing, i cant offer bespoke single cards at this time. However, if you're looking to purchase 6+ bespoke cards, please get in touch as we may be able to whip this up for you.
Can I get something from your shop super quickly?
Yes! I post most orders within 2 working days, but I can get something out super fast, if you just send me a message before you purchase, so I know to look out for it.
I post Royal Mail Second Class as standard, you can upgrade to First Class at checkout, and even tracked services too.
Sizing details
My range of greeting cards spans over two sizes. Square cards are 15cm x 15cm, and rectangular cards are 17cm x 12cm.
What makes your cards planet friendly?
Thanks for asking! I use FSC Certified cardstock for all cards. I order in small batches to minimise waste. My factory's warehouses are solar-powered. All printing presses at the factory are 100% Carbon Neutral, and any cellophone we use is completely biodegradable.
I also ship your cards inside a paper board-backed envelope which is recyclable.
