All items come packaged in a gift box tied with a ribbon, unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Perfume, hair spray, etc, should all be applied before you put on your jewelry. Please keep your jewelry dry - do not swim or bathe while wearing it.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish (oxidize) over time, when exposed to the air. If your sterling silver jewelry contains gemstones or freshwater pearls, it is advised to use a silver polishing cloth or polishing pad to clean it. Jewelry that is composed entirely of sterling silver can be cleaned with silver polishing paste, but please keep in mind that any design details intentionally oxidized can also be removed in this process.

If your item receives minor damage due to normal wear and tear, please contact me to arrange its repair and/or cleaning. An hourly repair rate may apply.

I use a variety of mediums in my work. All materials are described in the Item Details section on each item page. Some of the designs I create utilize materials that are vintage and/or re-purposed, and may show some signs of previous wear/aging. Others are made with new materials, but sometimes antiqued/oxidized to give them an aged look.

Please be sure to review the item description, view all photos, and ask me any questions you may have at any time before purchasing. I am happy to help!

I welcome orders from customers around the world. The post office will not reimburse initial postage paid to re-ship an item due to incorrect address or unclaimed mail. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Buyers are responsible for collecting their packages from their postal centers once available.

Packages that are returned back to me and marked "Undeliverable as addressed", "Unclaimed" or "Customs Fees Not Paid," are subject to additional postage fees required to re-ship the package to a new address.

All returns subject to 20% restocking fee if not re-shipped. Postage is not refunded once the item has been shipped.

In accordance with U.S. law, it is prohibited for me to mark items as "Gift" on international customs declaration forms or to exclude a receipt with them. Items are properly marked as "merchandise," with the actual item cost stated.

Buyers are responsible for costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the item/shipping cost. I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

I do not accept unauthorized returns of unclaimed packages. Packages may be re-shipped, with new postage necessary, paid for by buyer.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. My Returns & Exchanges policy above is in adherence with the buyer first contacting me before returning the item, and does not apply to unauthorized returns which include the following: items that are returned from the postal system due to buyer providing incorrect address, unclaimed packages due to buyer neglecting to collect mail, unclaimed due to customs fees not paid, and so forth.

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee (exception: product damage upon arrival.) Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless due to defect within timeline stated in policy. Store credit is considered on a case-by-case basis. Authorized returns are refunded for item cost (minus postage.)
