If you receive a broken product please send us a message right away. Please include pictures of the packaging and damaged product. Once I receive pictures I can go ahead and process a replacement!

Do you offer priority shipping?

Yes we offer priority shipping. At checkout there's an option to upgrade your shipping. Priority is usually 1-4 days. However, we cannot guarantee timely delivery because of delays with the post office especially during the holiday season.
