All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) mail. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times come directly from the USPS based on your location in conjunction with my production time. My production time varies and usually ranges from 4-8 business days. Check my shop announcement for my current processing time.

USPS estimated delivery dates that Etsy provides are not always accurate and I can’t make any promises about a delivery date.

Send me a message before you order if you want your order shipped by Priority Mail and I can add that option for you — usually the cost is $7-10. The processing time still remains the same.

The USPS does experience occasional delays, which are out of my control.

Dog bandanas will definitely get dirty! I recommend hand washing your bandana and letting it lay flat to dry to avoid any shrinking. If you do need to machine wash, use cold water and wash with like colors and lay flat to dry for best results. To get the wrinkles out, iron the backside of the bandana.

Loosely measure your pet's neck at the widest part, where the bandana will sit - this might be a different measurement than their collar.

XXS – fits up to a 13” neck
XS - fits a 13-15" neck
SMALL - fits a 15-17" neck
MEDIUM - fits a 17-19" neck
LARGE - fits an 19-23" neck
XL - fits a 23-26" neck *message me for availability*

If your pet is between sizes, has lots of fur, or has a smaller neck but a large body order the next size up.

Example: If your dog’s neck measures 17” go with a size Medium.

These are traditional, square tie-on, one-sided bandanas. Fold the bandana into a triangle - corner to corner. Pro tip: I like to have one side of the triangle longer than the other, so when my dog moves around, the back side doesn't get exposed.

Next, roll/fold the long edge down a few times until you get the triangle to the desired height. I usually roll it 3-4 times. This will give you some space to tie a knot in the ends of the material.

Put the bandana around your pet's neck & tie a double knot to secure the bandana. Another pro tip: tug on the inside of the knot AND the ends of the knot to tighten it from both sides. This will make the knot extra secure!

Each bandana is carefully handmade to order and this process takes me some time. You can find my current processing time in my shop announcement. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. 100% of orders are shipped on-time.

Etsy shows you an estimated delivery window at checkout. They use my current processing time and their estimated USPS transit time to calculate these dates.

I work full-time making bandanas and process orders as fast as possible. If you need your order shipped sooner, send me a message prior to ordering and I can let you know if it's possible.

Each bandana is carefully handmade to order and typically, the process of creating your banana begins shortly after an order is placed so I am unable to accept cancellations or returns.

Prior to ordering, measure your pet’s neck and use the size chart and advice on every listing to ensure you order the correct size. With thousands of bandanas sold, I am confident in the sizing using the instructions provided. Note: the sizing measurement might be different from the measurement you use for a collar because a bandana will have a different fit than a collar.

Any returns accepted due to extenuating cirsumstnaces are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

I only sell square, tie-on bandanas and I'm unable to make custom products (over the collar bandanas, triangle bandanas, add snaps etc) right now.
