Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. After placing order, you contacted me asking for a printed copy of the pattern. I explained that this shop only sells digital PDF patterns, not printed items. After that, I also sent you a Google Drive download link through Etsy messages so you could access the pattern in case you had any trouble downloading it.
