We specialize in personalized design, party favors, and specialty sets! We have expedited shipping options and a "move my order to the front" option if you need same day creation and shipping. We can usually accommodate for a last minute party if you send us a convo or mention in notes to seller when checking out.

GIFT WRAP
We do offer hand-drawn gift wrap that can be added for up to three items at check out.

If you are ordering bulk name sets, please mention that you would like a discounted wrapping option to be factored into your listing if desired. If you select the $4 wrapping option when checking out, it will be refunded to you if ordering more than 3 crayon sets at once. The $4 Gift wrap option do not apply for quoted listings.

Please read the detailed listing information, especially for our personalized name sets. This will ensure that you are ordering the correct size and scale since many of our Original Rainbow Crayons® come in multiple sizes and options. Do not assume sizing based on a photograph. We always have measurements in the detailed listings.

We do offer bulk discounts for certain items. The most frequently asked question is about Personalized Name Crayons in bulk. Please send us a message with the names (we do need this to estimate the cost per name with discount ) and date needed by for an estimate. Discounts start when ordering 8 or more name sets.

If you have checked out separately with multiple orders to the same address, we ship together when addresses are the same unless requested in writing otherwise. This prevents waste of materials and less chance of a package getting lost.

We ship via USPS from Indiana. We safely package our Rainbow Crayons with care, but accidents during shipping (i.e. hot tarmac/postal trucks, weather) can happen. In order for us to accommodate a possible melting claim, please be sure to upgrade your purchase with USPS Priority mail for quicker shipping and insurance purposes. If your set arrives to you with evidence of temperature change, please contact us within 2 days of delivery (this is crucial for us to file with USPS). Please photograph damage upon receiving your package and any other information you may find useful. This is a very unlikely situation, but we like to be prepared on all ends!

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout (for buyer/seller protection).

Please check the status of your package using the tracking provided by USPS/Etsy. We see the same tracking as you do.

Once the package is dropped off at the post office an, it is completely out of our hands and control.

We are not responsible for lost packages that show "delivered" to the address provided. Please contact us within 2 days of "delivery" with conformation you have filed a missing package request with USPS.

The first step of locating a missing package is to first check with your carrier and then your local office.

It is up to the buyer to update the delivery address through Etsy before checking out. If you have moved, please follow up with your local Post Office to ensure that your mail will be forwarded. We are not responsible for forwarded packages.

While we can alter addresses on our end after your order has been placed,we are not responsible for incorrect delivery or returned packages to these addresses. We would be happy to re-ship any returned packages back to you with payment of additional shipping. We do not refund returned packages. Please allow 30 days for a package to return to us.

We are currently shipping for FREE domestically via First Class USPS! Delivery is on average 4-7+ business days when shipping first class, but not guaranteed. Recently, First class packages have been taking closer to 7+ business days to get to their location and could be delayed at any point after postal acceptance.

We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Priority Mail if you need your package for an upcoming deadline and we are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur once the package has been scanned in and accepted with USPS (this includes December 24th and prior delivery).

You can always add the Priority Mail upgrade at checkout or even after your order has been placed if you need an item sooner.

January - Mid October we typically ship within 1-4days.

Once November hits, we only guarantee for the week of Christmas as a delivery timeframe (we make this very clear in our shop announcements, messages to buyers, social media updates, etc.)

We have a very popular holiday gift item and we're featured by many magazines and gift guides this year, creation a higher demand and longer wait time for those willing to be patient.

The date given during checkout is only an estimate given by Etsy and does not take into account days were hundreds of orders are placed.

We work through all orders in the order they came in and only give priority to those who have purchased the RUSH upgrade, which can be found in our shop.

We have a RUSH upgrade available in the shop and as an upgrade option at checkout.

This listing will allow your order to move to the front of the line and leave our studio within 24 to 48 hours. RUSH may not be applied after a holiday deadline such as Christmas deadlines.

Adding on Priority Mail is not a production rush (only a speedier shipping method on USPS end).
