How to hang my suncatcher?
A small hook at the end of your suncatcher allows you to hang it either on a wall with a nail, on a plant branch, or on a window with a suction cup.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2 business days via La Poste.
Transit times depend on your country:
• France: 2 to 3 business days
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days
• USA & Canada : 5 to 12 business days
• Australia: 8 to 15 business days
Returns and exchanges
For any returns upon your request, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You must make your return request through Etsy messaging within 14 days of receiving the item.
The refund will be issued once the item is returned, subject to an inspection of its condition.
Do suncatchers pose a fire risk?
Contrary to popular belief, suncatcher prisms do not pose a fire risk because they divide sunlight into different colors without concentrating it.
Unlike a smooth crystal ball that can focus light into a hot focal point (and thus be the source of a fire!), the suncatcher prism uses light dispersion to create rainbows without intense concentration of light energy. As a result, there isn't enough concentrated heat to cause a fire, making the suncatcher prism safe to use. ✨
