I am a creative and passionate perfumer serving my wonderful customers in my online boutique since 1999. I truly believe that scent is so important in our lives. I have taken my love and skill for perfumery along with my joy and passion for gardening and interpreted them into unique products for you to enjoy. My specialty is my premium, one-of-a-kind handmade perfume oil. My scents provide utter contentment and are fantastic stress relievers. My premium perfume oils are alcohol-free, made with organic base oils, phthalate-free fragrance oils, essential oils, and are completely paraben-free. Over the years, I have offered my original scents to my customers, many of them classic single-note aromas that cannot be found anywhere else. I am a "rose specialist" having captured the most beautiful scent of true rose in a variety of products. If you adore roses or have never liked the scent of roses, I encourage you to try my splendid creation. All of my products possess my signature aromas- AND, you do not have to break the bank to purchase a goody from my shop that you will thoroughly enjoy.

► Most products are MADE TO ORDER and take some time to make. I do this to ensure freshness, high quality and a long shelf life. Prices of all handmade products DO include shipping, so there is no additional cost to ship.


USPS AND SHIPPING:

► USPS has been quite a challenge in my region which includes: shortened hours, being understaffed and having unprecedented online shopping being the new norm. My post office is very slow to scan, is an understaffed facility and is constantly overwhelmed. This is sometimes very chaotic and frustrating for customers and I have reported many delayed packages to USPS. Please keep this in mind that after your package is shipped, it is out of my hands, I have no control when or if it will be scanned. I DO promise that you will get your order. I stay on top of any order that is taking too long to arrive. I do not give refunds for packages that are taking a long time for USPS to deliver and No refunds are given once tracking is marked DELIVERED. this nis why it is important that customers provide a receiving address location that is secure. Please do not hesitate to message me and I will do all that I can to help from my end.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

►PERFUME OILS are available for international shipment to select countries at this time. All international shipments are insured and only shipped via first class surface mail. I do refund excess postal overpayments when necessary for combined shipping. The buyer IS responsible for all customs charges, any fees and all taxes charged by their country. Berrysweet Stuff is not in any way liable for items destroyed by customs, so please be aware of your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering.


OTHER STUFF:

►ECO-FRIENDLY PACKING MATERIALS: I use environmentally friendly materials to package all products. Napkins, paper towels and tissue paper are my favorite packing materials because they are biodegradable. I always reuse packing peanuts and bubble wrap for larger orders.

►Shipping overpayments will promptly be reimbursed making sure that you receive a combined shipping discount. The Etsy shopping carts generally work very well. However, once in a while a postal refund is necessary.

►There will be a $6 fee assessed for any refused package or for any unauthorized return of products.

► Berrysweet Stuff is completely smoke-free and pet-free.

► NO phthalates are in any fragrance oils. (Phthalates are chemical compounds used as plastic softeners.) All products are made with organic carrier oils and are paraben-free. All premium perfume oils are alcohol-free and mineral oil-free. Premium perfume oils are made with organic grape seed and sweet almond oils, fragrance oils and essential oils.

► MOST PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN, some are vegetarian and all are cruelty free. Berrysweet Stuff caters to a variety of tastes for your convenience.

►NO DUPES HERE! In other words, scents are not duplicates from other body shops and fragrance manufacturers. Berrysweetstuff.com strives to be truly one of a kind and unique in every way. All scents are signature creations, so please do not expect any of them to smell like someone else's product. If you already love a scent that is not mine, please stick to that scent. I can promise you that mine will NOT smell exactly like someone else's product, but you may even like mine more. =)
