Orders are to be paid upon purchase.
If an order is not paid with 48 hours, the transaction will be cancelled.

You can pay using you proffered payment method including credit cards and checkout services managed by Etsy and Paypal.

You can pay easy and securely using PayPal or credit cards through PayPal's Guest Checkout feature /no PayPal registration required when using PayPal's Guest Checkout/. All payments and credit card information are processed securely through PayPal when you use Paypal as payment method.

When use another method, the payment is securely processes through Etsy.

ADDRESS

All orders are shipped to your Etsy address after payment.

Shipping to another address and shipping directly to someone you would like to send a gift is welcome. Please specify this during checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

Ready to ship orders are shipped within 2-3 days after payment.
Custom orders are shipped within a week depending the current turnabout time.
In case it is more than a week at the moment, you will be notified on the day following your order.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are sent with registered priority mail.
Tracking number is sent to you on the shipping day.

Upgraded express shipping and insurance are available at additional cost, if you would like to add those please contact Ralitza before you purchase

Orders are shipped from Varna, Bulgaria, South East Europe.

DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery time is:
Europe: 7 - 14 business days;
Australia, Canada, USA: 10 - 20 business days;
All other locations: 15 - 25 business days.

Please, note that major holidays may delay post packages and shopping for specific occasions is safer when you order well in advance.

If you need you order for specific date, please leave us a note about this during checkout so the time frame could be double checked for you.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Bonboneva due to one of the following reasons:
- incorrect address
- undeliverable package
- unclaimed package (it was not picked up from the post office after you were left a notice to do so)
you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping costs.
If you choose your order to be resent to you, you will need to repay the shipping costs, and you will receive an invoice for them.

Registered air mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping. It always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you must be left a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.

PLEASE NOTE:
* if a package is not claimed within 20 days it will be returned to the sender,
* all the detail regarding delivery or undelivered packages is communicated through Etsy web site.

FEES AND TAXES

Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable in your country.
Orders are sent with custom declarations with their actual prices.

INVOICE

To cut down the paper use and be Eco-friendly, Bonboneva is not sending paper invoices.
