- I share information with Etsy only as is necessary, to comply with my obligations under their Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- I may also share the information with service providers, such as shipping operators for order tracking purposes. These service providers may contact you in rare instances to confirm details (for example, in the case of a loss of item/late delivery).

I, as MacGuffin Designs, do no do newsletters or marketing e-mails, and will not contact you via direct e-mail unless asked to do so.

As a customer, both inside and outside the EU, you have the right to access your information that you've supplied to me, to change or restrict my usage of your information, or delete it if you so wish. You also have the right to object to my usage of such information, or if an EU resident you have the right to raise concerns over usage to your local data protection authority.
