Frequently asked questions
I want to order an item as a gift for a friend and don't want them to know how much I spent. Do you have to put a receipt in with the order?
If you mark the order as a gift, mention it in the 'note' section of your order, or send me a message via the Etsy system once you've paid, I won't put any price on the paper receipt in with your order.
If you would like a 'hello! I'm a gift' card let me know. I will also send you, the buyer, an e-receipt once the order is on its way.
Custom and personalised orders
I do custom orders, but please ask before ordering if you want something based on an existing design.
It can be anything from changing a background or quote, to creating a whole new design.
With custom orders a mock-up image is created for the customer to approve before a new listing is made.
Why is my item not available for immediate dispatch?
Every item on the shop (with the exception of 'Last Chance to Buy') is made to order. This means it takes me some time to have your order prepared.
If you'd like an item for a particular date either ask via the messaging service before ordering or mention it in the notes section of your order - if I can't have it ready for the date you need I will let you know.
I'm not happy with the colour, can I swap it for a different version?
There will always be a difference between the colour on your computer screen and a print/poster or mug. For this reason, unless the item is a custom order with specific colours requested, I would not be willing to replace an item based on colour alone.
You've changed UK delivery! What does it all mean?!?
All UK orders are now sent 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard.
You can upgrade to 1st Class or Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an extra fee if you want the item(s) quicker.
Please note all items are still made to order so it won't be next day delivery from when you ordered.
Do feel free to contact me if you want an item by a certain date.
I thought the frame came with the poster...
A standard listing is just for the print / poster.
If you're in the UK I can include a frame as part of a custom listing, but please message me so I can set this up for you as it will cost extra.
