My production time is next business day. Example, if you place your order on Monday, it will get made and shipped out on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped on Saturday.

Orders will be shipped Standard with USPS. This can take up to 6 business days to be delivered. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Please note that I CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee delivery dates. Delays can happen with any delivery carriers for a variety of reasons such as weather conditions, holiday shopping season, or any other reason. I can only guarantee a ship date that is located on your receipt.

Digital mock ups are available upon request. You must request it with a paid order. The shipping date will be extended to 3 business days. This is to give me time to create and send the mock up. It will be sent to you on ETSY within 12 hours of a paid order. If I have not received a response within 24 hours of sending or a digital mock up is not requested, your order will be made by what I have on my end. The sooner the mock up is approved, the sooner I can make and ship the order.

Custom order requests are designs I don't already have in my shop. And are very much welcomed.

You must send me a message on ETSY with your request. You may upload photos for inspiration. After discussing your vision, I will set up a listing. Once it is paid, I will send you a digital mock up of your vision. You can have 3 changes if you need to make any changes to your vision. These requests will have a production time of 3 business days instead of the next business day (unless you approve the initial mock up). But this is to give me time to create the digital mock up and make sure it is correct before it gets shipped out.

Due to the nature of the items being personalized and customized to you, there are no refunds/returns/exchanges with any of the items in my store.

If your order arrives damaged, you must submit photos of the item(s) broken and the box. After I have received those photos, you will receive a replacement no cost to you.

I can only go by what I have on my end of the order/invoice. Please triple check the spelling and the item you are ordering prior to checking out. If you made an error, you must contact me ASAP. Once it's in production or shipped, changes cannot be made. If I made an error such as spelling or send out wrong tumbler color, I will send out a replacement no cost to your.

Logos, phrases and images known to be trademarked/copyrighted, and requests for me to trace a Google image will be denied.

If a order is placed with any of these requests prior to talking to me, will be cancelled/refunded.

All items in my shop are personalized with adhesive vinyl decal. It does resemble as a sticker. I use 651 glossy vinyl decal that is permanent. To care for these items, they should be hand washed only and not to put in the dishwasher. I include care instructions in each cup.

Yes, yes I can. Gift messages are printed on a packing slip ETSY provides. Mark the order as a gift and type the message you want it to read in the gift message box. Pricing information will not be on the packing slip.

If you want to upgrade the packing slip to a greeting card, select the card from the greeting card section of my shop. I have several types of cards and occasions to pick from. Add to your cart with the item you are purchasing from my shop. In the message to seller, include the message you would like to be included in the card.

No, I do not offer gift wrapping. My primary focus is to make sure your order arrives safe and undamaged.

However, I do tie ribbon around the stem of the glass stemware or straw of the item you are purchasing. I use coordinating colors that are chosen for the gift. Example if you choose black and pink for the wine glass, I will tie pink and black ribbon around the stem Christmas ornaments will come with ribbon tied on top.
