Our international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail with no tracking (international standard) but you have the option to upgrade to tracked postage.
Normal delivery times (not counting busy seasons or extraordinary circumstances):
- 2nd Class UK shipping generally takes a week.
- 1st Class UK shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
- International shipping generally takes around 1-3 weeks depending on the country.
Shipping might take longer in busy seasons or extraordinary circumstances.
Please be sure to check that your address is correct, we cannot be held responsible if a package doesn't arrived due to the shipping address provided being wrong.

Unfortunately we don't have control over timings once the package is shipped so if the package doesn't arrive on the aimed time we will have to wait (10 business days for local deliveries and 25 business days for international deliveries) after the expected delivery date has passed before assuming the package is lost and be able to start a claim.
Any claims of lost packages have to be made within 80 days from the date of posting, after this period unfortunately we will not be able to accept any claims.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
