I use soft metals like Aluminum, Alkeme, Pewter, Silver Plated, Gold Plated & Rose Gold plated which can be cleaned with a Jewelry cleaning cloth. This jewelry should not be worn 24/7, it is quality jewelry that will last you many years with proper care. To make your jewelry last, keep away from perfumes, lotions and soaps, Also best to remove while sleeping, bathing or swimming.

My Sterling Silver, 18K Gold filled & 18 K Rose Gold Filled, Vermeil Gold 22K or Vermeil Rose Gold can dull over time but it can be polished with a jewelry cleaning cloth. These pieces are made on very dainty chain and should not be slept in. With proper care they will last like 24K Jewelry.

Absolutely!! All items are hand-stamped by me (Nina).
After I hand-stamp your item I darken the lettering or symbols with patina, then the piece is buffed, hammered & polished by hand.

Please know that hand-stamped & hammered jewelry pieces are truly one of a kind and unique. Although I strive in making each piece perfect, stampings may not be perfectly aligned, centered, or spaced.

This is part of the appeal and charm of being hand stamped.
Hammered items might be slightly different than pictures of item. But please understand that any item I feel is not up to the Harmony Bazaar standard will not be sent out.

Please be sure to choose the CORRECT length of chain while ordering. I have provided a photo of a Necklace chain length chart on each listing.
The length you choose will be on your necklace and also on your order form. It is always smarter to go slightly longer than shorter. If you receive your Necklace and it's the wrong size, you must contact me the day you receive the item and return it via First Class USPS package with tracking to have the length adjusted. The cost to Lengthen or Shorten a necklace is $13 as of September 1st 2019.
I can also send you a 2-4 inch extender via mail that you would put on your necklace. There is an extra cost of $8.00 and once the extender is paid for it will be sent out to you within 2-5 Buss days.

Please make sure to check your address before you make payment. All orders are sent via USPS and have a tracking number. If you are having your items delivered to work, please make sure you track your items and pick them up from your mailing dept or locker immediately.

Once an item says it is delivered, I can not look into it or ask USPS to investigate a package. If your item is lost or in limbo use the tracking number provided to ask your local post office to find out where it might be stuck.

Please msg me and I will be happy to check on it on my end. I can not replace items that are lost by the post office. If you are worried about your package getting to you on time or safely, please add Shipping insurance at checkout.

Unfortunately No, I get asked this a lot but I do not sell in bulk or make charms for other makers to use in their work. I only keep enough stock on hand to create pieces for my shop.

Another question I get asked a lot, I do NOT sell hand-stamping supplies. Most of my Metal stamps are custom made. I do not give out the name of my suppliers. Any msg’s regarding this will not be answered.
