Announcement    Welcome, and thank you so much for stopping by my shop! I have a wide collection of different items available for any occasion, including anniversary, wedding, Valentines, Christmas, Mothers and Fathers day items, and of course plenty of "just because" gifts, and much much more.

A few things for you to be aware of when making a purchase - - -

#1 - Everything that we make is made in the USA by hand and each order is given great care and attention.

#2 - USPS First Class mail has been experiencing delays since last year due to the pandemic. If you need your order by a certain date, please upgrade to priority shipping - this is done at checkout. Standard shipping is through First Class mail.

#3 - Specific requests such as proofs, concepts etc must be agreed to privately before purchasing. We cannot accommodate this if it is only requested in the notes section at checkout.

#4 - Shipping address cannot be changed after ordering. If you realize you used an old of un-forwardable address, please let me know, I will cancel and refund your order and you will need to place a new one with the corrected address.

#5 - Any issues with an order must be presented within 14 days of delivery. We're happy to help with any issues, but if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on those items.

***IMPORTANT*** For handwriting and image/drawing orders, please make sure to send a picture on white paper (or with a white background) in as much light without shadows as possible. This makes it easier to get the best engraving possible.

****Care Instructions for Cutlery orders - In order to avoid any issues with cutlery engraving, it is recommended to hand wash these items and towel dry after use. All of our cutlery is made from stainless steel and should not rust - it is possible for a light residue to appear after washing - this will come off with a hand wash and towel dry.

Shipping Info -

We normally ship 7 days a week in some capacity. All orders ship on or before their due date except in very rare unforeseen circumstances.

PEAK TIMES - If you are ordering for a holiday (Valentines Day, Mothers/Fathers Day and Christmas) Please try to order in as much advance time as possible. Due to how busy we get during holidays, we cannot respond to all messages asking for shipping updates. Any cut off times will always be provided on our shop announcements.

A "guaranteed delivery" is never possible due to unforeseen delivery issues with USPS. But we can promise that the item will be shipped on or before its Etsy due date.

Receipts and packing slips are never sent with any orders due to the gift giving nature of these items. Etsy sends an email confirmation/receipt with each order.
