Jonathan Hrusovsky is passionate about sports, military, aviation and comic book heroes and loves bringing inspired designs to life. Jonathan Hrusovsky, artist of Hrusovsky’s Custom Kicks based in Cleveland, OH, hand paints one-of-a-kind designs on athletic shoes, cleats and more. His work has been seen out on the field worn by MLB players including Cleveland Indians pitchers Mike Clevinger and Carlos Carrasco and second baseman Jason Kipnis as well as by anyone looking to stand out from the crowd. Jonathan loves tying in individuals’ interests and personality on every pair of shoes making each custom design unique to them. Jonathan has been featured in the MLB Players' Weekend video and in The Ringer. Mike Clevinger’s custom cleats are on display in Cooperstown at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum as they were worn by Mike as he was the 4th member of the Indians pitching staff to record 200 strikeouts in 2018.

Jonathan’s first pair of custom kicks was made as a Christmas present for his brother, who had just enlisted in the Marines. From there he’s been creating unique designs for others to have some fun and showcase their personality and celebrate special occasions including birthdays, weddings and graduations. Jonathan has had the opportunity to paint and present custom military boots to both the Navy Blue Angels and US Air Force Thunderbird demonstration teams, be sure to look for the boots on display at the National Naval Aviation and Nellis Air Force Base museums.
