I always refund any difference between the postage cost quoted and the actual shipping, if there is one (minus a small amount for packaging etc...) If you are unsure and want to have an accurate cost before purchasing, please get in touch and I will happily give you a precise quote. This is particularly true for mail going overseas where some of the shipping estimates can look extortionate!
I have had several orders just lately where the buyer has bought multiple items but ordered them separately. In this case I cannot refund you for postage overpayments. If you want to purchase more than one item, please add them all to your basket and then go through checkout just the once, generating one order and one lot of fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment
Once you have made a purchase, you can expect your order to be despatched within a short space of time but I do live in a rural area and as such it is not always possible to make frequent trips to the Post Office. If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and I will do my utmost to rush your order to you.
Delivery
Second Class Delivery includes compensation cover up to a value of £20.00. For purchases over this value enhanced compensation will be available as an added option at checkout.
If extra insurance is not purchased by the buyer then Jago's Pony cannot be held responsible for loss or damage over and above the standard £20.00.
Although I will always do everything I can to help in the event of loss or breakage, please be aware that you will only be entitled to the standard compensation amount as per Royal Mails terms and conditions.
