I just received my custom canisters. They are absolutely beautiful! Karen was awesome to work with and they arrived much faster than I thought. I’m thrilled with this purchase and trying to think of more things I can buy from Karen.

This is such a beautiful amazing cookie jar. Karen was amazing to work with me and make me a custom cookie jar in the colors I wanted & kept me up to date on everything. This cookie jar is so beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice. I love it. I will definitely be ordering again from this seller in the future.

The mug arrived on time, well packaged. Nice weight, cover fits great. Unfortunately, the color was off. Not a glossy bright red as pictured in the ad, color is drab, and no detail to the design. It is splotchy, plus a lot of black was used, and it appeared to be a rushed job. No pink color, either. The top is actually a more vibrant red than the body. It is not the work of art that is depicted in the ad. When I did reach out to the seller, to her credit, she replied almost immediately. She acknowledged the colors were not as vibrant because the gloss was being purchased from a different vendor now and the red can be “unpredictable”. Really? So why ship it? Update your pictures! She offered a refund or replacement if I shipped back the mug. An inconvenience for me, plus I lose the cost of shipping. No thanks. Lesson learned.

This is a fantastic shaving bowl. A perfect marriage between form and function. The deep spiral grooves makes lather explode 10 fold. Karen is a true artist, Regards, Darl Layher

My experience with the seller has been the best of any transaction I've had. Karen was so pleasantly responsive to my questions, she will make it hard to look anywhere for pottery. My girlfriend and I love the fit and finish of my scuttle. It kept the lather, and brush, comfortably warm over the 15 minutes I used it. It showed up on our front porch Christmas Eve, weeks ahead of the projected schedule. If you are a wet shaver....Don't let this one pass you by.
