Bought to position objects for still life photography and painting. Does the job well. Sturdy & easy to fix to tripod.

This lamp is so lovely and different. It gives off a cosy glow. Very high quality finish. I am very pleased.

I had many questions which Oli answered promptly. I wanted to be able to type comfortably at my height and this product has really cracked the problem. Part of my role is typing long pieces and although the product has a slight 'bounce', it is very secure. It accommodates my mouse mat very well and I am delighted with both the product and the service received. The item arrived a day early than expected! The assembly instructions were easy to follow and it was in use within minutes of its arrival!

Great product. Attached to a tripod for that podium effect. Gets me up outta the too-comfy-in-retirement-easy chairs & holds my laptop or book. Directions could be a little clearer for us non-assembly types, but it was fun to put together. Took my time. Glad I bought it.

Lovely, well-craft lightshade that looks wonderful. Still get a kick out of it, months after I installed it. So much better than some cheap rubbish from a typical lights retailer.

Look at the pieces and the assembly diagram then just start assembly. It will make sense. In the US remember a 'spanner' is a wrench. LOL!

Brilliant — simple, elegant, light and zero plastic involved. Delighted.

This is perfect for my needs and exactly as described--and love the price. Someone mentioned the wood being thin, but the way it's designed is super strong. It's like that story about the man who teaches his argumentative sons that a single stick can be broken but when bound together they are unbreakable. This is designed with that concept in mind. I think it's brilliant! I bought an adjustable/ pivoting clamp on Amazon that works perfectly with it. I use this with a bluetooth mac keyboard and bluetooth mac mouse. Now my work station is ergonomic again!

When putting this together, one of the mounting holes didn’t line up with the other layers, but I was able to fix it with a tiny drill. (It was one of eight, so not absolutely required for stability). I mounted it to a tripod successfully and have placed my laptop on it without incident. I definitely wouldn’t put a lot of weight on it, but it’s not meant for more. This is more of a secondary desk space for me so I can use a walking pad comfortably while participating in work meetings. I’d recommend it!

I ended up returning the item because my needs changed. The item was well made, and the dealer was very pleasant when I contacted him to return it.
