SHIPPING UPGRADE: If you need a 100% trackable and fast delivery, upgrade your shipping option to FedEx (for the US the delivery is 2-3 days). If there is no upgrade option available, just contact me so I can give you a quote for your shipment.
REGULAR SHIPPING is carried by Portuguese post company CTT and will be handled in your country by your national post company. Note that there is only ONE DELIVERY attempt and that international tracking outside Europe doesn't work, so locating your parcel directly with your local post office is the best (if you miss the delivery). Delivery for the US/Canada takes about 2 weeks. Note that I cannot reship (for free) unclaimed items that are sent back to me.

Shipping was a bit of a challenge as the package took longer than expected to arrive + no tracking number once it hit my country so that made me sweat a little! But the item and quality are completely worth the wait.
