Do you accept returns?
For non-engraved items, returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. For all customized items, unless they are defective or damaged, we do not accept returns.
I have a different logo/ idea for the engraving. Do you accept custom designs?
Yes! Send over your files via Etsy Conversations.
Do you send out proofs or mock-ups?
No, we don't usually send mockups but we can send you one if you request for it on your order form. We typically send them within 24 hours (Mondays - Fridays) after purchase via Etsy Conversations.
Do you have shipping upgrades available?
We use USPS to ship and we offer USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping upon check-out. Please take note that we are not responsible for shipping delay caused by delayed mock-up approval or incorrect shipping address.
I put in the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact us ASAP and we will confirm the address change. We cannot correct packages that are already shipped. If packages are sent back to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, we will ask for a re-shipping fee.
