Refunds
I am happy to give a full refund/exchange if items are missing/ ruined in the post etc. Please message me with details and return the item where possible. I cannot refund personalised/custom orders usually but please message me with details if you have any issues.
I aim to post my items as quickly as possible, however, if you are abroad (or even in the UK sometimes) the estimated time given is not always right. I ask you to be patient but please do let me know if you beleive your item is missing.
If you would feel safer using tracked delivery then please message me. I will set this up as a custom order for you if you are UK based, this is already available for international customers.
