Woher kommen Ihre Artikel?
- Viele meiner Artikel sind Vintage oder Antiquitäten und stammen aus der viktorianischen Zeit. Ich durchsuche Schränke, Garagen, Flohmärkte, Antiquitätenläden, eBay und Etsy, um Artikel zu finden, die mich ansprechen, und lasse sie als einzigartige Gesprächsthemen wieder aufleben. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach dunklen und einzigartigen Elementen und versuche, wenn möglich in kleinen Läden einzukaufen. Alle meine Kreationen werden in meiner Werkstatt von Hand modifiziert.

What is Prim and Grim?
Prim and Grim was created from a personal quest for tasteful and subtle horror jewelry and décor. I love being able to contribute to the horror community I love, while breaking past the stigma of blood, guts, and gore.
Prim and Grim has appeared at the Mile High Horror Film Festival, Bruce Fest at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, the Denver Punk Rock Flea Market, The Oddities and Curiosities Expo, the Colorado Festival of Horror, HearseCon Colorado, and many other events.
I am humbled to have had the honor of sharing my creations with horror industry icons Bruce Campbell, Ari Lehman, Lisa and Louise Burns, Dan Myrick, and others including professionals who contributed to the remaking of Stephen King's film "IT" and Fox's hit show Scream Queens.
Prim and Grim's ventriloquist dummy lamp, "Edgar", is on permanent display at the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton, Colorado.
I am also proud to have been one of the original members of the Etsy Massacre Team, the first group on Etsy for horror movie themed creations.

How did Prim and Grim get started?
- Prim and Grim opened on Etsy in 2014 and expanded to flea markets, oddities expos, horror conventions, and film festivals.
Where do your items come from?
- Many of my items are vintage or antique with origins dating as early as the Victorian era. I scour closets, garages, flea markets, antique stores, eBay, and Etsy to find items that speak to me, and I resurrect them as unique conversation pieces. I'm always on the hunt for dark and unique elements and try to buy from small shops whenever possible. All of my creations are hand modified in-house in my workshop.
Do you accept custom orders?
- It really depends on the request, but usually no. I have made custom jewelry for Lisa and Louise Burns (the Grady Twins) from Stanley Kubrick's film adaptation of Stephen King's novel, The Shining, and have had made gifts for a theater production of The Twilight Zone. As most of my items are hand-created from vintage items, I may or may not be able to accommodate custom requests.
I think this item I have is haunted or it's just too creepy for me. Can I donate it to Prim and Grim?
- Um, yes please! Creepy dolls, ventriloquist heads, anatomy models, you name it and I might take it! Contact me with a description of your items and I'll let you know.
