Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel within 2 hours of ordering I should be able to cancel the order. If you order and I've already sent the item to production then no. I always do my best to work with you if its within my power to grant the request however :)

When will I receive my item?

Please check out the items listing for an accurate time frame. Most items are received within 10 business days however holidays and any delays with the post office could affect that time frame. I work as fast as I possibly can to get your shirts out in a timely manner. I do use a production partner (I design/they print for me) so I'm at the will of the production company.

What are your sizes?

Please check the listing photos thoroughly. I have sizing charts and videos so you can get a better feel for your favorite comfy size.

I input the wrong address, what do I do?

If you put in the wrong address contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to change the address on your order before its shipped out. I can't promise that though so please make sure to always keep your address up to date (and verify it when checking out!).
