There are instances where the sizing of a listing can be changed to fit your needs however a message must be sent prior to ordering if you need a size other than what is listed. Refunds and cancellations for sizing misunderstanding will not be accepted.

Yes, please message the shop with your colors and a photo for reference and we will match as close as possible. Some listings include a color chart for reference - please be advised that the colors you see on your screen may not be the same in person. Please message the shop prior to purchasing if you have any questions on color matching. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded for color issues.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their address is entered correctly prior to purchasing. Should an order get sent to the incorrect address, the shop assumes no responsibility. If you realize your address is incorrect, please message the shop as soon as possible. An additional fee may incur for a new shipping label if a label has already been purchased.

The turnaround time for processing an order is 7-10 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.
