My order hasn't arrived what happens now?
If it is still within the estimated shipping time I will ask you to wait until that time is reached, if it has still not arrived I will assume the item lost and offer to send a replacement or a refund.
Custom and personalised orders
I love custom orders, I currently offer bookmarks, keyrings, earrings, necklaces and bouquet momentos. They can feature any picture you like, custom orders are non refundable! But I will work with you during the whole process to make sure your 100% happy
I have given you the wrong address. what now?
This happens more often then I would like, I check all addresses on the royal mail site before posting! if you have given the wrong address prior to dispatch no problem just let me know.
If I have already dispatched the item there is little I can do. I have my return address on all parcels if it gets returned I will contact you. Please make sure your address is correct at time of order
Gift wrapping and packaging
I gift wrap every single order! It will either come in a organza bag or in beautiful patterned paper. I can happily include a note! Just let me know
Care instructions
All plated metal can be subject to discoloration through sunlight and oxidisation! This can be cleaned easily! Just have a look on google!
I make everything with high quality items but if your item should break message me and I will see if I can fix it or replace it (Prices would vary)
