How long will it take to receive my order?

My current processing time is 1-2 weeks but please view the most up-to-date processing time under each listing for the most accurate processing time. Processing time does not include shipping time. Most orders are shipped using letter tracking or USPS First Class Mail. Please view tracking on your Etsy Purchases tab for updates.

I am having issues with the order I received - what should I do?

Please message me if you're having any issues with your order! I am happy to help. However, you must contact me within 2 months of purchase or as soon as you are having issues.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Unfortunately, I am currently not able to make address changes to your order but I am happy to cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct information! Please note that this may change the processing time on your order if other orders are placed after your original order.
