I aim to post any purchases within one to three business days (as quickly as I can and sometimes same day as your purchase is made) and will keep you updated about the status of your purchase. If your item is sent via Royal Mail I will always obtain proof of postage and help solve any postal issues either by refunding or replacing your order but this can only be done after 15 days for UK addresses (longer for international addresses) after posting due to Royal Mail rules.

Once we near Christmas or times of bad weather and all the postal services and customs become busier, I can not advise how long your item will take to be delivered - I'm sorry! Once the item is posted it is out of my control. I will of course help to locate your item if it does appear to be lost.

For larger bags I have no option but to fold the bag as they will not fit in envelopes Royal Mail accept unless they are posted as large parcels which is extremely expensive. As my bags are made from high quality cotton materials, a gentle warm steam iron easily removes any creases. Bags are well packed with tissue paper to minimise creasing and this something I hate having to do but have no choice due to Royal Mail postage fees and package sizes.

I am happy to post Worldwide - please drop me a email or convo and I will work out a postage price and edit the listing to enable you to purchase if your country does not currently have a postage price.

Due to the unreliability of International posting, I am happy to upgrade your postage to the 'Track and Trace' offered by Royal Mail service for peace of mind. This extra service allows your item to be tracked in its journey to you and a signature is required upon delivery. Please leave me a note at checkout and I will PayPal invoice you for the shipping upgrade according to cost of your country.

In accordance with your own country and custom policies, I may be required to fill out information for customs and this is something out of my control.

I post to the delivery address on your Etsy file.

Although my postage prices may seem a little on the high side, please be assured that I carefully pack your parcel to ensure it makes it to you in good condition and I do not profit from the postage. If once your item has been taken to the Postt Office and if I discover I have overcharged you in error, I will refund the difference back to you (anything over £1.00).
