• The customer is responsible for typing their own text into the template; this includes spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs relating to any such errors.
• Please ensure your home printer is capable of printing the quality and weight of the cardstock/stationery you have chosen. We recommend a test print before bulk printing. If you are unhappy with the quality of your home print, we recommend a professional printer for best results.
• We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print. For highest resolution, download as PDF Print from Canva.
• Please note that the actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color.

Due to the nature of instant digital templates, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued once the order has been processed. Please thoroughly read the description before purchase to ensure it's a perfect fit for your needs. Please contact me if you have an issue with your purchase.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATE?
After your purchase, files are NOT emailed to you. You can access directly from Etsy.
FROM YOUR PC:
On the Etsy menu, go to You > Purchases and Reviews > Click the button to "Download Files"). You will get a PDF with instructions. Open the PDF for the link to the template(s).
FROM YOUR PHONE/TABLET:
Etsy doesn't allow downloads from the Etsy app. You can still use your phone, but you need to log in to Etsy.com from a web browser (Safari or Chrome). Then, you can follow the same instructions as above.
If you have any questions regarding downloading your purchase just send me a message.
WHAT CAN BE EDITED?
TEXT: Text can be edited for wording, font, font color, size, and placement (unless specifically noted in the listing description).
ARTWORK: Most artwork is locked and cannot be edited, resized or moved.
COLOR: Background and elements color can be changed on most templates (unless noted in the listing description).
IMAGES: Add your own images or logo - drag and drop onto the template.

WHERE CAN I PRINT - LABELS?
PRINTING AT HOME:
Printing multiple labels to a page is possible, but the format depends entirely on the label paper you are using. Most label papers have a print template available to properly format for the sticker paper page.
Check out Avery.com or Onlinelables.com for not only label paper, but also an easy-to-use template for printing.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING:
Both Avery and Onlinelabels offer printing services. A help article is provided with purchase for more details.
Another professional printer option is Stickermule.com. They have several standard sizes, but offer custom sizes as well.

WHERE CAN I PRINT - STATIONERY?
PRINT AT HOME:
I recommend using a heavy-weight cardstock (anything between 80 - 100 lbs depending on your printer capabilities). A print template with instructions is included with purchase.

How Can I Print a Round Label Using My Cricut?
Because Canva displays any round labels with a square background, if using a Cricut, it takes one more step to print as a round label.
1. Upload your finished design to Cricut Design Space
2. Add a CIRCLE shape the same size as the square. Be sure to place the circle behind the square label in the layers panel.
3. Select both layers
4. Select "Splice"
You can then print as normal.
Issues with Canva / General Support
If you are running into issues, please also attempt to log onto your desktop/laptop and try using Canva with Google Chrome.
I am here to help, but please understand that I am just the designer of these items and I have no control over the Canva website or app.
Sometimes, I may recommend the best course of action is for you to contact Canva support who can identify the particulars and sort through why you may be having an issue.
Please just keep in mind that I am a single person running a business and that I am trying my best.
While I would love to be able to help you grow your business, support with my items may be limited to the first 180 days after purchase.
