I ordered it for 5x7 to print on 5x7 paper not to cut out. Not as advertised...

Stephanie, While I appreciate that you ordered 5x7 paper, our product specs very specifically states, "PDF measures 8.5 x 11 inches for printing . Design PDF file: Note size: 5x7” (2 per 8.5x11” sheet) . Printer crop marks are included on file for easy cutting." Having said that, if you had contacted us and told us that you made a mistake and our product did not meet your needs, we would have gladly refunded you.
