*****************************Holiday Orders Cut Off*****************************
Please be advised that the cut off for Holiday Orders is December 5, 2023. We will remain open after that date, but please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that you will receive the order in time for Christmas. With every order there is production time and shipping time to consider. So please, if you are going to order a holiday gift, please make sure to plan accordingly.

We process orders and respond to messages during normal business hours. We do not process orders on the weekends, major holidays, or when the shop is on vacation.

3-5 Business Days (Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST)

Allow 3-7 business days (domestic) 2-8 weeks (international) for your order to be delivered IN ADDITION to production time. Production time is based on volume of orders.

MUST be received within 24 hours of placing your order by ETSY MESSAGE!!! This is a firm and strict deadline as we place orders for the blank materials each day and if we have already placed the order for your items we WILL NOT be able to issue a refund or cancel your order.

When placing your order, kindly ensure that your address is accurate. In the event that you provide an incorrect address, please note that I cannot be held liable for reprinting and reshipping your order a second time.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES may apply to those in Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally. Some international packages will be required to be picked up at the post office and pay additional charges to your country's postal service. We are NOT responsible for these charges. Please be aware of this prior to ordering.

We cannot be responsible for postal service delays after the package has been shipped. We all know how hectic it can be sometimes so please get your order in early to ensure a prompt delivery!
