Where do I find my files?
A link to your files will be send to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder if you can't find it anywhere.
If you make an Etsy account you can always download your files again, even later on. Just go to "You" (top right of the screen), click on "purchases and reviews", find the right order and click "download files". Handy!

How do I unzip a zip file?
Most computers have unzipping software built in, just double click and the zip file wil open. If that doesn't work or you have an old computer there are free unzipping websites online, like https://unzip-online.com/en
There's absolutely no need to buy unzipping software, even if your computer suggests it.
Can I sell crafts with VectoriaDesigns printables?

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?
Yes, 100%. Etsy officially doesn't allow cancellations as you see above (we can't change that text), but just pop us a message and we'll get you completely sorted out.
How quick can you reply to my message?
We try to get back to you as quickly as possible, but it could take a few days sometimes, especially in the weekends. But rest assured, you'll be helped.
