If you still do not receive your parcel after some waiting time, please go ahead and track your item with provided tracking number on your LOCAL post office web site, which would show the most updated and detailed information of your parcel. Most postal carriers require a signature of an authorized recipient for international parcels and if you are not at home at the time of delivery they would leave a notice. Please contact your local post office ASAP, if you wait too long to claim this parcel, it would eventually be sent back to us. Once it is sent back to us we would have to ask you for re-shipping fee to send it to you again. Please note that we DO NOT make a refund in case of a returned item overdue to its claiming period.

Yes, we combined shipping; it’s made automatically when you order more than one item. The more you buy the less you pay for the shipping. It is very profitable to buy multiple items.

All of our items are sold as described/as is condition. As they are previously used, items will have some degree of wear.
We do our best to represent this through photos and descriptions.
We do not sell items which we would not wear or use ourselves because of the noticeable imperfections. However we are afraid that we could make a mistake. Vintage Condition Guide:

Mint: Pristine and perfect. Possibly never worn.
Excellent: Very little visible wear.
Very Good: Normal wear for the age of the item.
Good: Insignificant but noticeable flaws or wear.
Moderate: Very noticeable flaws or wear. Needs repair.

All clothing are disinfected and laundered before shipment (with the EXCEPTION of Dry Clean Only items) ironed and ready to wear.
For the materials, we do read each indication tag to see what it is made of, if it is in a language we cannot read then we would look up, then mention it in our description. However, if there is no tag and it is not so obvious then we would just have to make our best guess and phrase it as "it seems.."

Regarding the production era of a vintage item, we try our best to observe each item for its style, fabric, buttons, zippers, tags, and everything that is there to determine around which era it is from. If it is very obvious we would mention it in our description, but if not we would phrase "most likely..." If we are not so sure we would not mention it at all, however all our collections are real vintage items older minimum 20 years old meaning not those which are "vintage-inspired".

Please carefully check the provided measurements for each listing, since we do not accept any return even if your purchased item does not fit unless the item was grossly misrepresented in the listing. The best way to see if it would fit you is to measure one of your own best fitting clothes laying flat and compare them. If you need extra information on sizes, please feel free to contact us! All clothing measurements are taken laying flat, from resting point to stretching point (if available).
Beside the measurements we always write the marked size but vintage sizes are not considered to be the same as today's standard sizes. So we use the size chart given below to write the estimated size "Fits like..."
