How do I customize my order?
To fully customize your order, please refer to the description and personalization section for a guide on how to specify what you want. If your order requires extra design notes AND/OR an image to be sent, please do so by messaging us on Etsy with your order number! If we do not have enough customization information or run into an issue with your design, we will contact you to make sure all issues are resolved :)
Can I get a design proof before you print my order?
Yes! We can show you a digital design proof ONLY upon request through order notes/message!
My order was wrong/damaged! What do I do?
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, mistakes during production or shipping may slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, please message us and we'll do our best to take care of you!
We are always happy to offer and refunds or reprints!
Where's my order?
USPS delays can happen from time to time! If you have not received your order within the expected shipping period, please message us and we will try to resolve the issue or answer any questions! Shipping issues such as lost packages occur out of our control, so we would like to know when we can help you :)
I messed up the application for my transfer tape decal! What do I do?
If you make a mistake while applying a decal with transfer tape, we are happy to reprint and send you a replacement!
Can I re-order an item?
Yes, you can! If you are re-ordering a customized item, just let us know the previous order number.
You are able to re-order, even if the size and quantity has been changed. HOWEVER, if the design or cut shape has changed, even slightly, please treat it as a brand new order!
Can I get a custom quote?
Depending on your custom order, we are definitely able to give you a custom quote! Please message us with details on what you would like, and we can discuss from there.
Can I request my own font?
Yes! If you want a custom font for your decal, just let us know in your notes/through messages and send us the font file! (.otf, .ttf)
Can I have more than one design in my sticker order?
Yes! However, this is limited to five designs per singular order.
